The Challenge
UC College's seminar hall and adjoining spaces were showing visible fungal/mould growth — a health and hygiene concern in a space used regularly by students and staff, and a risk to books, furnishings, and AV equipment if left untreated.
Our Solution
APCO's team carried out a targeted fungal treatment and disinfection programme across the affected areas, followed by independent lab sampling to verify the result rather than relying on a visual check alone.
