A postgraduate in Business Administration, Vinod Kumar M brings over 32 years of leadership experience in the pest management industry, spanning sales, business development, operations, and technical solutions.
Before joining APCO, he served as the Divisional Head for Kerala at India's leading pest management company, where he gained extensive expertise in advanced pest management and heritage conservation, working closely with the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) on pest management initiatives for heritage sites including Mattancherry Palace and St. Angelo's Fort.
Vinod played a key role in implementing Modified Atmosphere Technology (MAT), a patented non-chemical pest eradication solution, and earned recognition for his technical expertise in this specialised field. Throughout his career, he has built lasting relationships with leading organisations across infrastructure, hospitality, healthcare, food processing, and spice industries, including Lulu Group International, Prestige Group, Cochin International Airport, Infopark Kochi, Synthite Industries, Mane Kancor, AVT McCormick, and Malayala Manorama.
As a Regional Master Trainer, he has mentored pest management professionals and led numerous awareness and training programs on pest management, hygiene, and public health. He holds a certification in sanitation, food safety and pest management from Grain and Science Industry, and is a certified internal auditor for ISO 22000 by TUV SUD. Today, he leads APCO with a strong focus on technical excellence, customer trust, and sustainable business growth.
